How to submit a person for a Random Act of Kindness (RAOK)?

Please send an e-mail to SLAPTTM LLC. at slapttmllc@gmail.com

- In the subject line include RAOK or Random Act of Kindness and your order number.

- In the body provide your contact information the name of the person you are nominating, their contact information, and their need.

Random Acts of kindness are not performed in any specific order and at this time financial request will be kept on file in the order they were received and categorized based on need.  Once you submit your request we will contact you within 24-48 hours after your order has been delivered.

How to become a part of our (RAOK) Family?

- In the subject line include RAOK or Random Act of Kindness Family Member Request

- In the body provide your contact information, your talent (i.e. photographer, videographer, caterer, beautician, barber, musician, etc.) your availability, your prices, and why you would like to be a part of this family.  Once you submit your request we will contact you within 24-48 hours after your order has been delivered.

When will my order ship?
Our products ship after 1-3 days after you placed the order.

Will I get an email with my order details?
Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all the details.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order if it has not shipped, once the order has shipped we will deliver the item to your address. However, once you receive your item(s), you can ship it back to us and once we receive it, we will FULLY refund you.

What is the exchange/return policy?
We value our customer experience. If you have any problems with our products, we will gladly fully refund you.

Step 1: E-mail us with your order # and name.
             -With a subject of (Refund Request)
             -List your product and why you want to return it

Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with our address to ship your item back.

Step 3: Ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect it.

Step 4: If all is good, we will fully refund your item. Once we issue the refund, you will get an e-mail showing all details and the money will be deposited back into your account :)

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards from any country including:  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dankort, Discover, Cirrus and more.

Are there any additional fees I have to pay?

You are responsible for shipping, expedited shipping, and insurance
No handling/processing fees are ever charged.

My order won't go through, help!
Ensure that the billing address you entered matches that of your credit card.

Who ships my package?

A local mail courier depending on the service available (i.e.
Canadian orders are delivered via Canada Post. US orders are delivered by either e-packet or Korea Post. International orders may be delivered by Korea Post, e-packet).

How fast is the delivery time?
Delivery time: 7-30 Days

If you need to update your address, select the contact us tab and send us a message and within 24 hours of placing your order and we can change it for you.
